PROJECT SUMMARY

The primary goal of the client, Shift Eco, was to have a faster, user friendly online store, with synchronized graphical elements. Besides few new pages, the client brief also clearly stated a separate home page for their in-house brand Re.thynk. The brand purpose is in its name itself- to ‘Shift’ to ‘Eco’ friendly products and the website had to convey that message. ‘ShiftEco’ sells ecofriendly, sustainable products through their online and offline store. Along with their own products, they also sell eco-friendly products of other brands and act as an aggregator for some.

PROJECT GOALS

Tea Heaven approached Lemolite to make certain modifications in its current website, to cater to its US client base but eventually decided to launch a new website for that market. The new website had to be in sync with other such websites (of that region) and there target audience was women. The goal was to reduce the bounce rate and increase the conversion rate for Tea Heaven.

OUR SOLUTION

Post a detailed market analysis, the Tea Heaven store was separated in two different domains- one for India and other for USA. The wireframes and store structures were accordingly designed by the store architect and the UI was created. Lemolite also recommended different features and functionalities to enhance the UX and thus accomplish client goals. Being in the ecommerce business for quite some time now, Lemolite recommended a responsive and mobile friendly site to Tea Heaven, as it has worked for players with similar target audience.

RESULTS

The brand is seeing great returns on their website, and getting higher sales, as compared to their store on Amazon. The brand is achieving traction and garnering positive feedback.
